Fold Explorer

Real 1,000-iteration supervised fold runs against named PDB references. Each card shows the measured TM-score and RMSD from the corrected 2 Nov 2026 build. Nothing here is a de-novo prediction.

What this page is

This is a viewer for completed NEXUS-9 runs. Each result was produced by nexus9 fold <UniProt> --iterations 1000 on the 2 November 2026 build, against the PDB the engine resolved. The 3D trace is the reference structure used for scoring.

It is a static page, so it cannot fold a new sequence in the browser. The live console runs the Windows build against the local NEXUS-9 engine.

What it does not claim

These are supervised, template-guided refinements — not blind predictions and not AlphaFold comparisons. A near-1.0 TM means the engine recovered the reference construct it was refined against; it is a check of the folder and the scorer, not evidence of de-novo accuracy.

The 2 Nov 2026 build replaces the 3×3 superposition in the scorer with a quaternion superposition. The earlier low scores were produced by a numerically unstable alignment, not by the folding path; identical structures now score 1.0 by construction.
